Grilled Chicken with Cheese

hai hai hai.. salam makan,, sorry before, I havent posted in this week. that was because my school had week exams. so, i must study, study, study. so not much time left for blogging. well, several time a go i have just tried some new recipe which i found it in a cookbook. I havent try it in my home. you know, i am very busy. so, why dont you try it and told me how the result is. oya, first i want to tell you that now im in “increase weight” program. oh no, dont laugh! im serious. im not really healthy, so my mom and dad think that if im sick, it will mean that just because im thiny and i dont have ideal weight-thiny like a model on catwalk (it was their “think”)-. so my parents gave me much meat meal and some vegetables or fruit for equality the calory and protein and.. fiber (well, the last is very important. because it can help our body for absorb our meal vitamin and all kind of substance that our body need. well, why i hear like a doctor? – 🙂 so, this is the recipe:

-Grilled Chicken with Cheese- (nyumm…) you will need:

4 boneless chicken breast,

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried thyme salt and pepper

100 g/4 oz cooked harm, thinly sliced

50 g/2 oz Gruyere cheese, thinly sliced

2 large tomatoes

preparation time: about 5 minutes

cooking time: about 36 minutes

serves: 4

calories: 361 per portion cut four pieces of foil about 30 cm/12 inches square.

cut three silts in each chicken breat and lay on the foil. mix together the oil, lemon juice, thyme and salt and pepper to taste. draw the foil around the chicken, pour on the sauce and seal the parcels. cook the chicken parcels under a preheatend moderate grill, turning them once, for over 30 minutes until the juices run clear when the chicken pieces are pierced with a skewer. increase the heat to high. open the parcels, arrange the sliced ham, then cheesem then tomatoes on the chicken breasts and spoon a little sauce on to the tomatoes. gril the topping under high heat for 3-4 minute until the cheese is bubling. serve at once cook’s tip: if you have and electric grill take extra care that the foil doesnt touch the heating element or sparks will fly
